LA Cup Playoffs

  • Once the regular season of GCLA concludes, the top eight players will qualify for the LA Cup playoffs.

  • All eight players will start with a different amount of points, based on their position in the final regular season standings.

  • Playoff rounds 1 & 2 will have the same point system and the championship round will be valued higher.

  • Playoff points are awarded based on your position in the net game.

  • If you do not attend a playoff round you will be awarded 0 points for that specific round.

  • At the end of three rounds the player with the most points will win the LA Cup and have their name engraved on the trophy.

  • If there is a tie in points for 1st place, after the championship round, then the players will compete in a sudden death playoff hole on the 1st or 18th hole (pending on the pro shop).

LA Cup Buy-In

After completion of the LA Cup Playoffs, the top four will win the prize money listed below:

If there is a tie for a place in the money (2nd, 3rd, or 4th) that positions prize pool will be split evenly.
